Als Senior HR Business Partner help je richting te geven hieraan. Je adviseert directie en management over leiderschap, talent en organisatieontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat strategische keuzes worden omgezet in duurzame resultaten. Je bent onderdeel van het leiderschapsteam en een stevige sparringpartner voor directie en management. Je ontwikkelt een scherpe HR-agenda en zorgt dat deze zichtbaar bijdraagt aan de prestaties en ontwikkeling van Conclusion Intelligence. Wat ga je doen Je adviseert en challenget directie en management over organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, talent, performance en strategische personeelsplanning. Je brengt focus in complexe vraagstukken en begeleidt veranderingen en integratie. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met executiekracht. Hoe dat er concreet uitziet - je vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen naar een heldere en uitvoerbare people-strategie; - je versterkt leiderschap, talentontwikkeling, succession management en performance; - je begeleidt organisatieveranderingen en integratietrajecten en creëert richting en draagvlak; - je gebruikt HR-data en organisatie-inzichten om besluitvorming te versterken; - je borgt een professionele HR-basis rond in-, door- en uitstroom, arbeidsrecht en goed werkgeverschap; - je werkt nauw samen met HR-collega's en specialisten binnen het Conclusion-ecosysteem.
