Jouw rol Als Senior HR Businesspartner ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Je denkt mee, kijkt vooruit en vertaalt strategische HR‑doelen naar concrete acties. Met jouw kennis en ervaring draag je bij aan een professionele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar zijn, met plezier werken en zich kunnen blijven ontwikkelen. In deze rol: - Adviseer en ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende en complexe HR‑vraagstukken; - Ben je sparringpartner op het gebied van leiderschap, teamontwikkeling, werving en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Vertaal je HR‑beleid naar praktische, werkbare oplossingen; - Initieer en leid je strategische HR‑projecten, zoals werkgeluk, loopbaanontwikkeling en verbetering van HR‑processen; - Draag je bij aan een eenduidige en professionele HR‑werkwijze binnen de organisatie. Kortom: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie, beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk. - Den Haag - 32 uur Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee? Jij bent een stevige en toegankelijke HR‑professional met overzicht en visie. Verder beschik je over: - Een afgeronde hbo+ of wo‑opleiding in HRM of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR‑adviseur of HR Businesspartner in een complexe organisatie; - Affiniteit met of ervaring binnen de VVT‑sector (pré); - Een hands‑on instelling en het vermogen om overzicht te houden in een veranderende omgeving; - Sterke analytische én communicatieve vaardigheden; - Het schakeltalent om strategisch denken en pragmatisch handelen te combineren.
