Je hebt ervaring als Senior HR Adviseur of HR Business Partner en bent toe aan een omgeving waarin je expertise steeds opnieuw wordt uitgedaagd. Je komt snel tot de kern, geeft richting aan complexe HR-vraagstukken en adviseert met jouw professionele blik management en directie. Bij Happy Capital HRM combineer je die inhoudelijke impact en afwisseling met de zekerheid van een werkgever en een ervaren HR-team achter je. De ene keer adviseer je over organisatieontwikkeling of strategisch HR-beleid. Bij een volgende opdracht begeleid je een verandering, pak je complexe medewerkersvraagstukken op of versterk je de HR-basis. Wat ga je doen? Je rol verschilt per opdrachtgever. De nadruk ligt op tactische en strategische advisering, maar je pakt ook zelf de uitvoering op wanneer dat nodig is. Je houdt je bijvoorbeeld bezig met: - Management en directie adviseren over HR-strategie, organisatieontwikkeling, formatie en leiderschap; - Complexe arbeidsrechtelijke, personele en verzuimvraagstukken begeleiden; - HR-beleid en processen ontwikkelen en vertalen naar de praktijk; - Reorganisaties, verandertrajecten en organisatiebrede HR-projecten begeleiden; - Talent- en ontwikkelvraagstukken vormgeven; - HR-data en ontwikkelingen vertalen naar advies en besluitvorming. Je kijkt verder dan de eerste vraag, herkent patronen en brengt belangen en risico's in kaart. Je adviseert kritisch én zorgt dat plannen in de praktijk uitvoerbaar zijn. Dit krijg je van ons - Salaris van € 4.600 - € 5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en jouw ervaring; - Dienstverband van 24 -40 uur per week; - Een mobiliteitsbudget of een leaseauto; - Arbeidsovereenkomst voor zeven maanden, met de duidelijke intentie om te verlengen; - Salaris dat doorloopt wanneer er tijdelijk geen opdracht is...
