Jobomschrijving

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als kandidaten. Je vervult een veelzijdige rol waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor het volledige rekruteringsproces. Je zorgt voor de screening van kandidaten, vraagt referenties op en maakt de juiste match met de openstaande vacatures. Daarnaast volg je elke kandidaat ook administratief op: je zorgt ervoor dat contracten correct worden aangemaakt en verlengd en dat alle bijhorende documenten tijdig, correct in orde zijn. Je hebt een sterke focus op telefonische contacten en bent in staat langdurige, waardevolle klantenrelaties op te bouwen.Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar snelheid en efficiëntie belangrijk zijn. Je bent constant telefonisch in contact met kandidaten en klanten. We zoeken iemand matuur en plichtsbewust. Een persoon die proactief zaken onderneemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.Actieve werving en selectie van kandidatenActieve telefonische prospectie met geschikte kandidatenCorrect opstellen, verlengen en beheren van contracten en documentenNauw samenwerken met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en oplossingen te biedenZorgen voor een vlotte administratie en opvolging van dossiersKPI-gericht werken -> resultaten halen geven jou energie!

Je hebt minstens 1,5 tot 3 jaar ervaring als Recruiter/HR Consultant binnen de uitzendbrancheJe bent erg commercieel ingesteld en houdt ervan om klanten/prospecten direct op te bellen om kandidaten telefonisch voor te stellenJe haalt energie uit het behalen van doelstellingenMotivatie en commerciële drive zijn belangrijker dan ervaringJe hebt eventueel al een Federgon attest of wilt deze (opnieuw) behalenJe wordt blij van een succesvolle matchBij obstakels denk je in oplossingen: je bent een doorzetterJe bent iemand met een hoge verantwoordelijkheidszin en zet alles op alles om je doelstellingen te behalenJe bent vlot met het Office pakket en leert snel nieuwe pakketten aanStressbestendig en flexibel, in staat om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende takenMatuur en plichtsbewust, met een hands-on mentaliteitUitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijkGoede organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
