The posting

Als senior HR-medewerker ben jij de onmisbare schakel binnen het HR-team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen en dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden kunnen rekenen op goede ondersteuning. Van het verbeteren van werkwijzen tot het beantwoorden van HR-vragen: jij weet wat er nodig is en pakt het op.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt met verschillende collega's, denkt mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en krijgt ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen. Met jouw kennis en frisse blik maak je het HR-werk iedere dag een stukje beter.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over HR-beleid, arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelingen. Ook houd je het intranet actueel en stel je het sociaal jaarverslag op. • Je ziet kansen om HR-processen te verbeteren, doet verbetervoorstellen en werkt samen met collega's aan slimme oplossingen. Daarbij maak je gebruik van Youforce. • Je ondersteunt HR-adviseurs bij projecten en helpt nieuw beleid en veranderingen in de cao toe te passen. • Je verwerkt HR-gegevens uit Youforce in rapportages binnen het Business Intelligence-systeem en maakt op verzoek managementrapportages. • Je coördineert de HR-administratie en zorgt dat personeelsmutaties, brieven en arbeidsovereenkomsten goed worden verwerkt. • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim en personeelsregelingen. • Je helpt bij het opstellen van vacatures, vraagt verklaringen omtrent het gedrag (VOG's) aan en beheert gegevens en toegangsrechten in HR-portals.

Je werkt 32 uur per week, bij voorkeur van maandag tot en met donderdag. Je start zo snel mogelijk voor een periode van 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging van maximaal 6 maanden. In overleg kun je maximaal 40% van je werktijd thuiswerken.
