Voor Jan de Wit Group in Haarlem zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior HR Officer / HR Generalist voor 24 tot 40 uur per week! In deze rol krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt op HR-gebied en vindt het juist leuk om zelfstandig HR te bestieren. Geen grote HR-afdeling om op terug te vallen, maar zelf signaleren wat er speelt, initiatief nemen en zorgen dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Dat vraagt om iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, proactief is en graag met de organisatie meedenkt. Wat je gaat doen Als Senior HR Officer / HR Generalist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-zaken binnen Jan de Wit Group. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt dat de basis staat en kijkt tegelijkertijd waar zaken slimmer, beter of moderner kunnen.
