Deine Rolle im Team:

* Du wirkst aktiv im globalen HR-Team mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest internationale HR-Prozesse mit, um die globale HR-Organisation weiterzuentwickeln

* Du leitest internationale HR-Projekte von der Konzeption über die Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung bis zum Go Live

* Die Konzeption und der Rollout von HR-Initiativen über mehrere Länder und Standorte hinweg inklusive lokaler Anpassungen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben

* Durch dein ausgeprägtes Interesse an datengetriebenen Ansätzen und neuen Technologien (insbesondere KI) machst du unseren HR-Bereich zukunftsfit

Das bringst du mit:

* Wirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen HR-Umfeld; unterschiedliche HR-Rollen sowie Branchen sind dabei von Vorteil

* Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Englisch als Arbeitssprache

* Kreative, umsetzungsstarke und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit analytischer Arbeitsweise und internationaler Reisebereitschaft in geringem Ausmaß

* Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung standortübergreifender Projektteams samt Leitung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von globalen HR-Projekten

* Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie interkulturelle Fähigkeiten für einen souveränen Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen
