  • Als recruiter ga je op zoek naar een échte match tussen lokale werkzoekenden en bedrijven. Vacatures schrijven, kandidaten screenen, bouwen van talentpools, klantenprospectie… Klinkt abstract? Geen zorgen, wij geven je alle tools en kennis om matches te maken.
  • Eens je een potentiële match spot, coach je jouw uitzendkrachten tijdens hun sollicitatie én erna zodat die match ook blijft.
  • De combo commercieel werken en administratie maakt zelfs van jouw maandag een toffe werkdag.

Samen met een close, energiek team geef je elke dag met veel goesting, vertrouwen en op een heel menselijke manier het beste van jezelf.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar sectorervaring (in de laatste 4 jaar) en behaalde reeds het Federgon-diploma sociale wetgeving
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor / master diploma of kan aantonen dat jij de juiste persoon bent voor de job.
  • Jij haalt kracht uit het behalen van je commercile doelen en zegt resoluut JA op een nieuwe uitdaging
  • Dankzij jouw warme en overtuigende persoonlijkheid bouw je een sterke band op met onze klanten.
  • Zij zijn immers diegene die jouw uitzendkrachten onder hun vleugels zullen nemen
  • Je bent een beller.
  • Je telefoon is je beste vriend bij je zoektocht naar een match tussen kandidaat en klant.
  • Je bent zeer goed 2-talig (Ndl/Fr of Fr/Ndl)
