The posting

Voor deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor alles wat met payroll en hard HR te maken heeft. Vanuit je vakkennis, je analytisch denkvermogen en een gestructureerde werkwijze help je de HR-dienst verder professionaliseren. Concreet komt dit neer op:

• Loonadministratie: een collega staat in voor de maandelijkse verloning; jij springt bij in de meer uitzonderlijke of ingewikkelde dossiers en neemt haar rol over indien nodig.

• Uitrol tijdsregistratie: het bedrijf werkt sinds kort met een nieuw systeem voor tijdsregistratie, dat gefaseerd wordt uitgerold. Jij zorgt dat je de werking grondig kent en denkt mee na over de volgende stappen richting een eenvormige, efficiënte toepassing groepsbreed.

• Projectleiderschap binnen hard HR: jij neemt zelf het initiatief om projecten op te starten en tot een goed einde te brengen — denk aan een helder en toekomstbestendig verloningsbeleid, het gelijkschakelen van extralegale voordelen over de entiteiten heen (met de nodige kosten- en impactanalyse), of de uitrol van een fietsleaseplan.

• HR-rapportering op basis van data: in overleg met externe leveranciers zoals SD Worx en Protime bouw je dashboards en rapporten uit die het management houvast geven om onderbouwde keuzes te maken. Cijferwerk en data-analyse liggen je goed.

• Vertrouwd met payrollsoftware en HR-systemen in het algemeen; kennis van SD Worx en/of Protime telt als pluspunt.

• Voeling met meerdere paritaire comités is een groot voordeel — ervaring met PC 200, 201, 124 en/of 140.03 is mooi meegenomen.

• Je pakt projecten zelfstandig aan: van probleemanalyse tot een uitgewerkte oplossing die je ook effectief in de praktijk brengt.

• Analytisch ingesteld, met een uitgesproken interesse in cijfers en het omzetten van data naar concrete inzichten.

• Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkstijl met aandacht voor kwaliteit.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgerichte houding, zowel intern als met externe partners.

• Praktische, oplossingsgerichte instelling, met de moed om bestaande werkwijzen kritisch te bekijken.
