Als Senior Huisvestingsadviseur ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en begeleid je complexe huisvestingstrajecten van A tot Z. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van de eerste verkenning en strategisch advies tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, aannemers, gemeenten en eindgebruikers om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Jouw ervaring en inzicht zorgen ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook maatschappelijk relevant zijn en bijdragen aan een betere leefomgeving. In deze functie combineer je advieswerk met projectmanagement. Je denkt mee over programma's van eisen, begeleidt aanbestedingstrajecten, bewaakt budgetten en planning, en zorgt ervoor dat alle stakeholders op één lijn zitten. Je bent de spin in het web en weet met jouw ervaring complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar haalbare en realistische plannen. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je junior collega's, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in de kennisdeling binnen het team. Jouw taken in het kort: - Begeleiden van integrale huisvestingstrajecten voor publieke en maatschappelijke opdrachtgevers; - Opstellen van programma's van eisen en haalbaarheidsstudies; - Adviseren over strategische huisvestingsvraagstukken en toekomstbestendige oplossingen; - Coördineren van aanbestedingstrajecten en contractmanagement; - Bewaken van budgetten, planning en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele project; - Afstemming met architecten, aannemers, gemeenten en eindgebruikers; - Coaching en begeleiding van junior adviseurs en projectmedewerkers; - Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten en methodieken.
