* Betreuung und Verwaltung von Immobilien nach WGG, MRG, WEG

* Wirtschaftliche und technische Objektverwaltung

* Umfassende, kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Mieter:innen und Eigentümer:innen, sowie Abhaltung von Mieter- und Eigentümerversammlungen

* Ansprechpartner für Mieter:innen, Eigentümer:innen, Behörden und Fachfirmen

* Vorausschauende Planung und Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung auf Maturaniveau, idealerweise auch Befähigungsprüfung für Immobilienverwalter:in oder Fachhochschulabschluss Immobilienmanagement

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Immobilienveralter:in

* Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil

* B-Führerschein

* Freude an der vielfältigen Tätigkeit im Sinne des Wohn- und Gemeinwohls

* Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke

* Selbstständige, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
