The posting

Bij een internationaal biofarmaceutisch productiebedrijf in Bilthoven werk je aan de automatisering van vaccinproductie. Als Senior Industrial Automation Engineer houd je bestaande productiesystemen betrouwbaar en help je nieuwe installaties ontwikkelen en in productie nemen. Je verbindt externe leveranciers met productie, onderhoud en kwaliteit. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om de besturing: ook biologische veiligheid, OT/IT-cybersecurity en aantoonbaar beheer volgens farmaceutische standaarden horen bij je verantwoordelijkheid. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je tweedelijnsbeheer en storingsanalyse met het opstellen en uitvoeren van testprocedures. Je werkt met PLC-, PCS-, DCS- en SCADA-systemen, waaronder Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, PCS7 en Simatic Batch. Samen met je automatiseringscollega’s en internationale leveranciers verbeter je installaties en beheer je configuraties en testomgevingen. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis op het snijvlak van procesautomatisering, validatie en cybersecurity. Deelname aan een 24/7-consignatiedienst hoort bij de rol. Functie-inhoud - Je verzorgt tweedelijnsbeheer van productieautomatisering volgens GAMP-standaarden. - Je ondersteunt productie en onderhoud bij storingen en gepland en ongepland onderhoud. - Je bewaakt de biologische veiligheid en cyberveiligheid van productiesystemen. - Je stelt testprocedures op en voert deze uit volgens GxP- en veiligheidsstandaarden. - Je richt testomgevingen in en beheert systeemconfiguraties en applicaties. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert nieuwe automatiseringssystemen met interne teams en externe leveranciers. - Je draait mee in de 24/7-consignatiedienst voor ondersteuning bij productieproblemen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt aantoonbaar mbo+ werk- en denkniveau en relevante ervaring met industriële automatisering. - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de biotechnologie, voedingsmiddelenindustrie of farmaceutische productie. - Je kent PLC-, PCS-, DCS- en SCADA-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens Step7, T.
