Gemeente Den Haag staat voor grote digitale en organisatorische opgaven. Een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening is daarbij essentieel. Als Senior Informatieadviseur speel jij een sleutelrol in het vertalen van organisatiebehoeften naar slimme en duurzame ICT-oplossingen. Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere digitalisering en professionalisering van het bedrijfsvoeringsdomein. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Informatieadviseur kom je te werken bij de Dienst Bedrijfsvoering (DBV), afdeling Informatisering & Automatisering (I&A). Je wordt onderdeel van het informatieadviesteam voor het concern- en bedrijfsvoeringsdomein. Vanuit dit team adviseer je diverse interne afdelingen zoals Mens en Organisatie, Juridische Zaken, Facilitair, Bestuurszaken en Veiligheid over hun informatievoorziening. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - adviseren van management en vakafdelingen over informatiemanagement en digitalisering; - vertalen van behoeften naar concrete ICT-oplossingen en verbeterinitiatieven; - signaleren van knelpunten, risico's en kansen en deze omzetten in roadmaps en plannen; - in kaart brengen van processen, informatiestromen en applicatielandschappen; - werken in multidisciplinaire teams van idee tot implementatie van ICT-oplossingen; - coördineren binnen projecten, aanbestedingen en impactanalyses; - schakelen met ketenpartners en bijdragen aan gemeente brede digitaliseringsopgaven; - borgen van kaders rondom privacy, informatiebeveiliging en BIO; - optreden ...
