* Mitarbeit beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Microsoft-Basisdienste (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Zertifikatsdienste) * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Hyper-V) und Citrix-Backend-Systemen * Mitwirkung beim Aufbau stabiler und sicherer Plattformdienste * Unterstützung bei Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungsaufgaben (PowerShell, Skripting, IaC-Grundlagen) * Mitarbeit in hybriden Infrastrukturen (On-Premises, Azure, Entra ID) * Unterstützung bei Infrastrukturprojekten (Migrationen, Modernisierungen, Plattform-Erweiterungen) * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security bei der Umsetzung sicherer Plattform- und Netzwerkarchitekturen * Mitarbeit im Netzwerkbetrieb (Routing, Switching, VLAN-Grundlagen, Segmentierung) * Unterstützung bei der Administration von Firewall-Systemen (Regelwerk-Pflege, Monitoring, Logging) * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Problems im Infrastruktur- und Netzwerkbereich * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen * Unterstützung von Workplace, M365 und Security bei Plattform- und Identity-Themen * Beitrag zur Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance der Infrastruktur

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre, Fachschule, FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft-Infrastruktur oder Virtualisierung * Grundkenntnisse in AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Zertifikatsdiensten und Gruppenrichtlinien * Basiswissen in VMware oder Hyper-V * Erste Erfahrung mit Automatisierung (PowerShell, Skripting) * Interesse an Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-Services * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk-Technologien (Routing, Switching, VLAN-Konzepte) * Basiswissen zu Firewall-Systemen und Netzwerk-Security (VPN, Regelwerke, Monitoring) * ITIL Foundation von Vorteil * Interesse an Projektarbeit (klassisch oder agil) * Strukturierte, lernbereite und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit * Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an technischer Weiterentwicklung * Hohe Motivation, sich in komplexe Infrastruktur- und Netzwerkthemen einzuarbeiten
