Im SAP HCM Team verantworten wir die zentralen HR-Systeme der Österreichischen Post AG und gestalten IT-seitig aktiv die digitale Zukunft im Personalbereich. Mit SAP HCM decken wir die Bereiche Gehaltsabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und Reisemanagement ab. Für Recruiting und Learning setzen wir auf SuccessFactors.

Aktuell stehen wir vor spannenden Herausforderungen: Die Migration unseres SAP HCM Systems auf S/4HANA sowie der Rollout unserer HR-Systeme in die Tochtergesellschaften in Mittel- und Osteuropa sind zentrale Projekte, die wir mit Engagement und Expertise vorantreiben.

Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du betreust das bestehende Gehaltsabrechnungssystem im laufenden Betrieb * Du analysierst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse sowie neue Anforderungen und entwickelst passende Lösungen * Du bist für die Implementierung der Lösungen verantwortlich und setzt diese gemeinsam im Team um * Du treibst Veränderungen im Rahmen des Change-Managements voran - von der Spezifikation über die Implementierung bis hin zu Schulungen und dem Go-Live * Du arbeitest eng mit externen Berater*innen und Key-Usern aus den Fachabteilungen zusammen und pflegst die technische Dokumentation

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/ Uni) oder eine Ausbildung mit vergleichbarem Hintergrund * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP Payroll Beratung, insbesondere Schemen und Regeln * Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Abrechnungsfunktionen * Du verfügst über eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und bist ein*e Teamplayer*in * Korrespondenzfähige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 65.000,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
