Jouw werkzaamheden: Zelfstandig behandelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud volgens de Participatiewet Onderzoeken, toetsen en beoordelen van aanvragen voor uitkeringen Verzamelen en controleren van gegevens over inkomen, vermogen en woonsituatie Besluiten over toekenning, hoogte en duur van uitkeringen Verstrekken en verrekenen van voorschotten conform wet- en regelgeving Behandelen van aanvragen studietoeslag Signaleren van mogelijke rechtmatigheidsvraagstukken Rapporteren van onderzoeksbevindingen en dossieropbouw Informeren van inwoners over de voortgang van hun aanvraag Samenwerken met collega's van werkcoaches, jongerenloket en andere teams Jij regelt - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar recente ervaring als inkomensconsulent - Ervaring met het behandelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud binnen de Participatiewet - Ervaring met BRP-gegevens en administratieve systemen - Ervaring met het voeren van gesprekken met inwoners - Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden - Klantgerichte en besluitvaardige houding - Pré's: - Opleiding Rechten, Sociaal Juridische Diens...
