Connecting your worldAls Senior Sourcing Specialist Services ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het Europees aanbesteden van producten en diensten met betrekking tot IT & Smart Assets. Samen met de business stem jij de behoeften af en begeleid je de aanbesteding van A tot Z. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij jouw doelen duidelijk stelt en deze op tijd bereikt volgens een goed plan. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het:

- Consulteren van de markt en het ontwikkelen van marktkennis binnen je eigen categorie met betrekking tot IT & Smart Assets. Je levert input voor het maken en ontwikkelen van categorieplannen.

- Je stelt enkelvoudige en meervoudige onderhandse aanbestedingen op en voert deze uit. Je werkt zelfstandig aan kleine Europese aanbestedingen en biedt ondersteuning aan complexe aanbestedingen indien nodig.

- Escaleren en onderhandelen binnen contract.

- Zorgen voor duurzame relaties met jouw leveranciers die je samen met de contractmanager en businessverantwoordelijke vorm en inhoud geeft. Samenwerking met onze leveranciers doen we op basis van gelijkwaardigheid, een gezamenlijk doel en win-win basis.

Als senior sourcing specialist vorm je de schakel tussen de afdelingen van Schiphol en de leveranciersmarkt. Je bent een gesprekspartner op verschillende niveaus en weet te overtuigen, te "challengen" door je vasthoudende persoonlijkheid en sterke commun
