Senior Inkoopadviseur Rotterdam 32 - 40 uur Rotterdam Nieuw Ben jij een ervaren Senior Inkoopadviseur die strategisch sterk is, maar ook graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Voor een grote organisatie in Rotterdam zoeken we iemand die complexe inkoopvraagstukken weet te vertalen naar slimme keuzes, goede contracten en concrete resultaten. Je komt terecht in een professioneel inkoopteam waar volop ruimte is om de inkoopfunctie verder te professionaliseren. Structuur aanbrengen, stakeholders meenemen en zorgen dat inkoop op het juiste moment aan tafel zit: daar ligt jouw kracht. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Inkoopadviseur ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor management, projectteams en andere stakeholders. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering en houdt daarbij altijd het resultaat voor ogen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van de business als strategisch inkooppartner - Begeleiden van complexe inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten, waaronder Europese aanbestedingen - Opstellen en bewaken van aanbestedingsdocumentatie en contracten - Ontwikkelen van marktstrategieën en uitvoeren van marktanalyses - Adviseren over inkoopbeleid, aanbestedingsprocedures en wet- en regelgeving - Verbeteren van inkoopprocessen en zorgen voor meer structuur en voorspelbaarheid - Onderhouden van relaties met interne stakeholders en leveranciers - Regie voeren op complexe en tijd kritische inkooptrajecten Dit breng je mee Jij weet wat er nodig is om inkoop professioneel en effectief te organiseren. Je bent analytisch sterk, bestuurlijk sensitief en weet verschillende belangen goed bij elkaar te brengen. Daarnaast heb je: - Een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld bedrijfskunde, technische bedrijfskunde of commerciële economie - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen inkoop - Ervaring met strategisch inkoopmanagement en aanbestedingen - Kennis van Europese aanbestedingswetgeving - Bij voorkeur ervaring met infra-gerela...
