Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Zuid-Holland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Senior Inkoopadviseur Techniek & Aanbestedingen. De inzet is 36 uur per week.

In deze veelzijdige rol begeleid je zelfstandig inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten voor technische diensten, leveringen en werken, met een focus op onderhoud, technische installaties en duurzame bedrijfsprocessen. Je stelt inkoopstrategieën en aanbestedingsdocumenten op, adviseert over passende procedures en begeleidt trajecten van voorbereiding tot contractering. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met technische specialisten, contractmanagers en andere betrokkenen om de juiste kwaliteit, kosten en planning te waarborgen. Ook denk je mee over hoe thema's als veiligheid, duurzaamheid en circulariteit een plek krijgen binnen aanbestedingen.

Functie-eisen: Profiel:

• Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding zoals NEVI 1 of NEVI 2 Publiek. • Je hebt ruime ervaring met inkoop en aanbestedingen binnen een publieke of technisch georiënteerde organisatie. • Je hebt kennis van Europese, nationale en meervoudig onderhandse aanbestedingen en bent bekend met de relevante wet- en regelgeving. • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig begeleiden van aanbestedingstrajecten, van inkoopstrategie en uitvraag tot beoordeling en gunning. • Je hebt affiniteit met technische inkoop, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van onderhoud, installaties, productiemiddelen of technische dienstverlening. • Je hebt het liefst ervaring met duurzaam inkopen en het vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar praktische inkoopoplossingen.
