Voor een overheidsorganisatie in de provincie Utrecht zoekt Grippr Procurement een Senior Inkoopcontroller. De inzet is 32 tot 36 uur per week.

In deze opdracht onderzoek je hoe de inkoopprocessen functioneren en waar risico's, verbeterkansen en aandachtspunten liggen. Je analyseert onder meer inkoop- en spenddata, beoordeelt controleresultaten en vertaalt deze naar heldere rapportages en praktisch toepasbare adviezen voor het management. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's uit onder andere inkoop, data en procesbeheer en ben je een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner bij interne en externe controles.

Met jouw scherpe blik help je de organisatie om haar inkoop verder te versterken en aantoonbaar in control te blijven.

Functie-eisen: Profiel:

• Je hebt een hbo- of wo-achtergrond die aansluit bij control, auditing, accounting of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. • Je hebt ervaring als controller, auditor of in een vergelijkbare functie waarin procesbeheersing en advisering centraal staan. • Je hebt ervaring met of kennis van inkoopcontrol binnen een grotere of publieke organisatie. • Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren van spend- of inkoopdata en het vertalen daarvan naar rapportages en verbetervoorstellen. • Je hebt affiniteit met rechtmatigheid, interne beheersing en relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom inkoop.
