Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, vrijheid én ruimte voor jouw visie. Functiebeschrijving Als Senior Inkoper bij Oosterberg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen van leveranciersrelaties en contracten, met als doel optimale inkoopmarges, leverbetrouwbaarheid en minimale risico's. Je onderhandelt, stelt contracten en assortimenten op, implementeert deze binnen de organisatie en stuurt categorieën aan via categorie management. Daarnaast coach je de operationele inkoop waar nodig. Je bent hét interne en externe aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en zorgt voor duidelijke, slimme en duurzame afspraken. Je rapporteert direct aan het hoofd inkoop. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn verder: - ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met branchepartners, stafafdelingen en leveranciers; - beheren van een aantal categorieën bij strategische leveranciers en hen langdurig aan Oosterberg binden; - uitvoeren van inkooptenders, onderhandelingen en contractmanagement; - bijdragen aan het inkoop- en assortimentsbeleid en adviseren van het hoofd inkoop; - ondersteuning geven aan (key)accountmanagers in verschillende markt-klantcombinaties; - bijdragen aan marketingactiviteiten en commerciële invulling geven met leveranciers; - het team enthousiasmeren en de inkoopafdeling verder professionaliseren Functie-eisen Wij gaan altijd voor de beste oplossing, wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten?
