Met jouw werk wordt wonen in de Metropoolregio Amsterdam elke dag duurzamer en zichtbaar beter onderhouden. Bij Eigen Haard werk je niet zomaar aan inkoop. Je draagt bij aan iets groters: een goed en betaalbaar thuis voor tienduizenden (toekomstige) bewoners. Samen met betrokken collega's geef je vorm aan de stad van morgen. Eigen Haard gelooft dat goed wonen de basis is voor een goed leven. Daarom investeren zij niet alleen in woningen, maar ook in mensen: huurders én medewerkers. Op dit moment is Eigen Haard bezig de inkooporganisatie verder te versterken, binnen een organisatie die continu in beweging is. Het team groeit met meerdere nieuwe collega's en bouwt samen aan een sterk fundament van goede contracten: de basis voor professionele processen en succesvolle projecten. Voor jou betekent dat volop ruimte om te groeien, invloed te hebben op hoe Eigen Haard inkoopt en echt het verschil te maken. Niet alleen binnen vastgoed, renovatie, onderhoud en verduurzaming, maar ook binnen IT, HR en facilities. Als Senior Inkoper speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere positionering en professionalisering van de afdeling. Eigenaarschap, afspraak is afspraak en hoogwaardige kwaliteit staan daarbij centraal. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop ruimte om processen verder te ontwikkelen en samen met je collega's Inkoop steviger op de kaart te zetten binnen de organisatie.
