Als (senior) inkoper HR, ICT en Staf bij GVB stuur je aanbestedingen en contracten die direct invloed hebben op onze bedrijfsvoering en dienstverlening. Je beweegt je in een omgeving waarin wet- en regelgeving, maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid en commerciële belangen samenkomen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig jouw inkooptrajecten vorm te geven en ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor directie en leveranciers. Dit ga je doen Jij regelt inkooptrajecten van A tot Z: van de eerste marktverkenning en strategie tot de uiteindelijke aanbesteding en contractonderhandeling. Je werkt binnen uiteenlopende categorieën, van ICT en HR tot facilitaire diensten. Daarbij heb je te maken met complexe trajecten onder Europese aanbestedingsregels, meerdere interne stakeholders en leveranciers met uiteenlopende belangen. Met een jaarlijks inkoopvolume van ruim €250 miljoen werk je samen met collega-inkopers, contractmanagers en leveranciersmanagement aan inkoop die past bij onze ambities op het gebied van digitalisering, duurzaamheid en goed werkgeverschap. Zo zorg je dat inkoop niet alleen financieel en juridisch klopt, maar ook bijdraagt aan een toekomstbestendig GVB. Het verschil tussen inkoper en senior inkoper zit vooral in de zwaarte van de trajecten en de mate van verantwoordelijkheid.
