Vanwege de snelle groei van ons Europese kantoor in Oosterhout (NB) zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime Inside Sales Medewerker. Als lid van het Europese verkoopteam bij OnLogic ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle inkomende verzoeken van onze klanten. Je beoordeelt alle binnenkomende leads en bepaalt hoe er met kansen en klanten wordt omgegaan. Je beheert ook je eigen accounts in de aan jou toegewezen regio('s) en benadert actief potentiële nieuwe klanten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor… - Het zijn van het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle inkomende leads en klanten. - Het proactief ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij grotere accounts. - Het genereren van leads via uitgaande telefoontjes en e-mails om je eigen toekomstige accounts op te bouwen. - Het geven van technisch advies in de pre-sales fase aan potentiële en bestaande klanten. - De samenwerking met externe stakeholders om projecten te ondersteunen en de beste oplossingen aan klanten te leveren. - De samenwerking met het marketingteam om verkoop- en marketinginspanningen te stimuleren. - Het proactief beheren, monitoren en opvolgen van de eigen sales funnel. - Het accuraat kwalificeren van verkoopkansen en het bepalen van de deal potentie. - Het actief verzamelen en analyseren van relevante marktinformatie om verkoopstrategieën te optimaliseren. Ons salesteam bestaat uit een reeks impactvolle rollen, met mogelijkheden om in elke fase van de verkoopcyclus uitstekend salesleiderschap en hoogwaardige klantenservice te tonen!
