The posting

AED Facility Group is een groeiend schoonmaak- en facilitybedrijf, actief in België en Nederland, met een 50-tal teams op het veld. Wij zoeken een Senior Inspectrice die het veld onder controle houdt en elke nieuwe klant vlekkeloos laat starten.

Wat je doet

  • Je bereidt nieuwe klanten voor: bezoek ter plaatse, klantenfiche, briefing en opstart samen met het team.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze grote klanten en onderhoudt de relatie.
  • Je lost moeilijke klachten op vanuit de oorzaak en voorkomt dat problemen terugkomen.
  • Je stuurt de junior inspectrice aan en beslist welk type team bij welke klant past.
  • Je doet gerichte kwaliteitscontroles en maakt de takendocumenten en schema's op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met planning en HR: teams, keuring, opleiding, materiaal.

Wie je bent

  • Ervaring in professionele schoonmaak of facility, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of controlerende rol.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd, kordaat en klantgericht.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en spreekt teams aan wanneer het moet.
  • Digitaal vlot: je werkt met onze eigen app en planningstools.
  • Nederlands; andere talen zijn een pluspunt. Rijbewijs B.
