Goed werk!Over de functieAls senior intercedent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het relatiebeheer en de coördinatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je weet goed te schakelen tussen de klant en het team op kantoor. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR gerelateerde zaken. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - De planning van personeel en transport - Communiceren met uitzendkrachten en helpen bij vragen - Het foutloos beheren van de backoffice taken - Het zorgen voor een kwalitatief poolbeheer - Het coördineren van sollicitatieprocedures

Wat wij vragen- Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau - 2 jaar ervaring als intercedent of een vergelijkbare functie - Coördineren, creëren en implementeren van nieuwe procedures - Doelgericht kunnen werken met een resultaatgerichte mentaliteit - Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal - In bezit van een rijbewijs B
