Als intercedent op ons kantoor in Maastricht ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten en opdrachtgevers. Je bent bedreven in het uitzoeken wat opdrachtgevers nodig hebben en welke kandidaten hier bij passen. Een greep uit het veelzijdige takenpakket: - Voeren van intakegesprekken met kandidaten en begeleiding naar passend werk; - onderhoudt contact met bestaande opdrachtgevers en bouwt nieuwe relaties op; - hebt oog voor kansen in de markt en weet hier commercieel op in te spelen; - Administratieve taken zoals: opstellen contracten, naleving CAO, verwerken loonadministratie; - (Loopbaan)begeleiding en ondersteuning van flexmedewerkers. Dit bezit je: - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Commerciële instelling en een proactieve houding; - Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift; - Een gezonde dosis humor, enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen; - Bij ons telt jouw talent en motivatie, niet je achtergrond.
