Als Senior Interior Designer & Advisor begeleid je klanten die méér verwachten dan hulp bij het kiezen van een zetel of tafel.

Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en ontdekt hoe iemand woont, leeft en zich thuis wil voelen. Vanuit die inzichten bouw je een interieurconcept op waarin indeling, kleuren, materialen, meubels, sfeerverlichting en accessoires één geheel vormen.

Daarbij vertrek je niet alleen van plannen en stalen.

Onze winkel is jouw werkplek én inspiratiebibliotheek.

Je kent het assortiment, ontdekt nieuwe collecties en combinaties en bent regelmatig op de winkelvloer aanwezig. Zo weet je wat er staat, wat er binnenkomt en welke mogelijkheden je een klant onmiddellijk kunt tonen.

Je combineert je eigen visie met ons assortiment en durft klanten ook kennis te laten maken met oplossingen waar ze zelf nog niet aan hadden gedacht.

Van advies naar totaalinterieur

Je begeleidt klanten van het eerste gesprek tot het uiteindelijke interieurvoorstel.

Dat betekent onder andere:

  • klanten ontvangen en hun woonstijl en behoeften leren begrijpen;
  • interieurconcepten en totaalvoorstellen ontwikkelen;
  • meubels, materialen, kleuren, sfeerverlichting, stoffen en accessoires combineren;
  • voorstellen visueel uitwerken waar dat een meerwaarde biedt;
  • samen met onze verkoopcollega's de juiste producten en oplossingen selecteren;
  • klanten meenemen doorheen de winkel en hen combinaties laten ervaren;
  • voeling houden met nieuwe collecties, merken en interieurtrends;
  • mee nadenken over hoe we onze interieuradvies- en projectwerking verder kunnen uitbouwen.

Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid. We zoeken geen uitvoerder van een vast GOVA-recept, maar iemand die een eigen blik en interieurvisie meebrengt.

Wie we graag ontmoeten

Je hebt al een stevige weg afgelegd binnen interieur, design of high-end woonadvies.

Misschien ben je interieurarchitect. Misschien interieurdesigner, stylist of senior interieuradviseur. Voor ons is je titel minder belangrijk dan wat je kunt laten zien en hoe je met klanten omgaat.

Je combineert:

  • een sterk gevoel voor interieur, kleur, materiaal en proportie;
  • relevante ervaring met interieurprojecten of persoonlijk woonadvies;
  • maturiteit en overtuigingskracht in gesprekken met klanten;
  • een commerciële feeling zonder een klassieke verkoper te zijn;
  • het vermogen om goed te luisteren én een duidelijke visie te durven voorstellen;
  • een brede interesse in meubels, sfeerverlichting, stoffen, decoratie en lifestyle;
  • voldoende technische en visuele bagage om een idee professioneel over te brengen;
  • nieuwsgierigheid naar nieuwe merken, collecties en ontwikkelingen in interieur.

Je hebt bovendien uitstraling. Niet in de betekenis van uiterlijk vertoon, maar omdat klanten voelen dat ze hun interieur met vertrouwen aan jou kunnen toevertrouwen.

En ja, retail hoort erbij

Dit is bewust geen klassieke interieurarchitectenfunctie waarbij je voornamelijk van maandag tot vrijdag achter een bureau werkt.

Wij geloven dat je alleen sterk interieuradvies kunt geven wanneer je ons assortiment door en door kent en dicht bij onze klanten staat.

Daarom ben je actief aanwezig in de winkel en werk je ook op zaterdag.

Voor ons is dat geen bijkomstigheid van de functie. Op zaterdag ontmoeten we veel klanten die tijd maken voor hun interieur en ontstaan vaak de interessantste gesprekken en projecten.

Daar staat uiteraard een werkregeling tegenover waarin we samen zoeken naar een goede balans tijdens de rest van de week.
