Als senior internal auditor bij de Interne Auditdienst zorg jij dat CZ continu beter wordt. Je werkt aan onderzoeken die ertoe doen, hebt directe impact op besluitvorming en brengt het auditvak verder met moderne, data gedreven methoden. Geen urenfabriek, wél inhoud, autonomie en invloed. Als senior internal auditor: - Leid je zelfstandig complexe audits, van risicoanalyse en controleplan tot een scherp en uitvoerbaar auditrapport. - Vertaal je data naar inzicht door inzet van data‑analyse, dashboards en Artificial Intelligence. - Ontwikkel je continuous auditing door mee te bouwen aan datagedreven monitoring en structurele signalering van risico's. - Ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor management en bestuur en zorg je dat bevindingen leiden tot concrete verbeteringen. - Combineer je klassieke AO/IB‑expertise met innovatie om auditprogramma's te vernieuwen en op maat te ontwikkelen. - Coach je collega‑auditors en draag je bij aan de professionalisering en ontwikkeling van het team. Kortom: jij bepaalt mede de standaard van Internal Audit binnen een complexe, maatschappelijk relevante omgeving. Jouw team Jij bent van groot belang Je komt terecht in een professionele en hechte Interne Auditdienst binnen CZ. Een team van ervaren auditors (financial, operational en IT) dat elkaar versterkt en waarin kennisdelen vanzelfsprekend is.
