The posting

Voor een financiële instelling is Azuro op zoek naar een ervaren IT Auditor. Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen Internal Audit en combineert inhoudelijke IT-expertise met een brede blik op processen, risico’s en governance.

Je werkt in een team van auditors met uiteenlopende expertises. Samen voeren jullie audits uit over diverse activiteiten, processen en technologieën. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te bouwen aan een sterke auditfunctie.

Als Senior IT Auditor neem je auditopdrachten van A tot Z in handen. Je bepaalt mee de scope, werkt een auditprogramma uit, voert interviews en analyses uit, formuleert bevindingen en vertaalt die naar concrete aanbevelingen.

Je focust onder meer op IT-governance, toegangsbeheer, IT-general controls, datakwaliteit, cybersecurity, IT-architectuur, change management en de impact van technologie op bedrijfsprocessen. Je combineert technische diepgang met het vermogen om risico’s helder uit te leggen aan uiteenlopende stakeholders.

Voorts:

  • neem je de rol op van assignment leader binnen auditopdrachten
  • bewaak je planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van je dossiers
  • coach en begeleid je junior auditors tijdens opdrachten
  • draag je bij aan de opmaak van het jaarlijkse auditplan
  • werk je volgens een duidelijke auditmethodologie, geïnspireerd door COSO en de professionele standaarden van Internal Audit
  • werk je samen met audit managers en rapporteer je helder over risico’s, controles en verbeteracties

Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als IT Auditor, Internal Auditor of externe auditor met een duidelijke IT-specialisatie. Je bent gewoon om zelfstandig auditprogramma’s op te stellen, opdrachten te leiden en bevindingen te onderbouwen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een aanvullend diploma behaald.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT-risico’s, data-analyse, IT-architectuur en digitale transformatie.
  • Je begrijpt de link tussen technologie, processen, operationele risico’s en interne controles.
  • Je bent analytisch, nieuwsgierig en gestructureerd.
  • Je communiceert helder en weet technische materie toegankelijk te maken voor niet-technische gesprekspartners.
  • Je kan junior collega’s begeleiden en verantwoordelijkheid nemen binnen een team.
  • Een CIA-, CISA- of gelijkaardige certificering is een troef of je bent bereid deze verder te behalen.
  • Je werkt vlot in het Engels. Kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een sterk pluspunt.
