Bij Blue Sky Group krijg je de ruimte om IT Compliance naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Als Senior IT Compliance Officer speel je een sleutelrol in het beheersen van IT-risico's, het versterken van compliance en het verder professionaliseren van onze control omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega IT Compliance Officer die ondersteunt bij het IT Control Framework. Daarbij ben jij degene die de inhoudelijke koers bepaalt, stakeholders adviseert en zorgt dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Wat deze rol bijzonder maakt? Je krijgt de kans om als senior specialist de richting van IT Compliance mede vorm te geven binnen een organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en jouw advies daadwerkelijk impact heeft. Je combineert de inhoudelijke diepgang van compliance met de zichtbaarheid van een interne adviseur en de dynamiek van een organisatie die continu in ontwikkeling is. Samen met collega's uit IT, Risk Management en Internal Audit draag je bij aan een organisatie die aantoonbaar in control is en betrouwbare dienstverlening levert aan bijna 200.000 pensioendeelnemers. Betrokken, Proactief en Samenwerken vormen daarbij de basis van hoe we met elkaar werken. Wat ga je doen als (functietitel)? Als Senior IT Compliance Officer ben je dé inhoudelijke expert op het gebied van IT Compliance binnen Blue Sky Group. Je ontwikkelt beleid en kaders, adviseert stakeholders op verschillende niveaus én zorgt ervoor dat beheersmaatregelen effectief worden toegepast in de praktijk. Je beweegt je dagelijks tussen IT, business, management, auditors en toezichthouders en weet compliance vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen die bijdragen aan een beheerste en toekomstbestendige organisatie.
