1 Senior IT Engineer Logistiksysteme und Applikationsbetrieb (w/m/x) für einen Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie

Graz - Vollzeit - ab sofort.

Bei unserem Kunden übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Betrieb einer unternehmenskritischen Logistik-Applikation im Oracle-Umfeld. Mit deinem technischen Know-how sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb, koordinierst Support-Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen sowie dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen. So leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistikprozesse.

Aufgaben * Betrieb und technische Betreuung einer Oracle-PL/SQL-basierten Logistik-Applikation * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Koordination von Incidents, Service Requests und wiederkehrenden Applikationsthemen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support * Sicherstellung der Applikationsverfügbarkeit sowie Unterstützung bei Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Problemlösung * Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung von PL/SQL-Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen * Wartung und Weiterentwicklung applikationsnaher Oberflächen und Funktionen unter Einsatz von Web-Technologien, vorzugsweise JavaScript * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen, 1st-Level-Support, Entwicklungsteams und externen Partnern * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Betriebsabläufen und technischen Änderungen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und nachvollziehbaren Applikationsbetriebs * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung des operativen 2nd-Level-Betriebs * Erarbeitung eines Konzepts für den übergreifenden operativen 2nd-Level-Betrieb

Profil

Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb, Support oder in der Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Applikationen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL und relationalen Datenbanken im Oracle-Umfeld * Erfahrung im Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management sowie in der Koordination von Support-Prozessen * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Betrieb von Logistik-, Produktions- oder Enterprise-Applikationen * Kenntnisse in Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Performance-Optimierung Oracle-basierter Anwendungen * Erfahrung in Release-Begleitung, Testunterstützung und technischer Dokumentation * Kenntnisse im Produktions- oder Automotive-Umfeld * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern
