Portée par la croissance de ses opérations logistiques européennes et par un investissement stratégique majeur, Skechers ouvre un nouveau chapitre : la construction de son futur European Distribution Center en Belgique. Dans ce cadre, l'entreprise recrute un·e Senior IT Project Manager pour piloter localement le volet technologique du projet sur son site de Milmort.

Jobomschrijving

En tant que Senior IT Project Manager, vous êtes le/la référent·e IT local·e du projet Uno : vous orchestrez le déploiement technologique complet du nouveau centre de distribution européen, à la croisée de la technologie, des opérations et de la stratégie business.

Vous exercez un leadership fonctionnel transversal auprès des équipes DC Operations, IT, Engineering et des partenaires externes.

Vos responsabilités clés :

  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie projet : recueil des besoins, design, build, test et déploiement
  • Porter l'implémentation de Manhattan Associates Active Warehouse Management (AWM) sur le nouveau site
  • Construire et gérer les plans projet : planning, ressources, jalons, risques, communication, budget
  • Élaborer les estimations (charge, coûts, délais) et gérer les changements de scope via un processus formalisé
  • Suivre et reporter les dépenses par ligne budgétaire, dans le respect des exigences SOX
  • Traduire les besoins logistiques en objectifs clairs pour les équipes construction, facilities, sécurité et infrastructure IT
  • Garantir la bonne intégration des systèmes : automatisation d'entrepôt, API, ERP legacy, douanes et entrepôt sous douane
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du Global IT PMO (US) et du leadership local
  • Gérer la relation fournisseurs : engagements, scope, négociations

Cette fonctionne nécessite des déplacements occasionnels aux États-Unis (environ 8 semaines sur la durée du projet).

Équipe et management

Vous intégrez le Global IT Project Management Office de Skechers et rapportez au Director of IT Project Management, ainsi qu'au SVP IT & CIO.

Au quotidien, vous collaborez avec les équipes DC Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, réseau, cloud et sécurité, ainsi qu'avec les équipes d'installation tierces, onshore et offshore.

Formation & compétences techniques

  • Master en sciences informatiques ou équivalent par expérience
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT, pour un total d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement distribution, logistique, 3PL ou avec automatisation d'entrepôt
  • Maîtrise des technologies DC : WMS (idéalement Manhattan AWM), MHE et WCS, ainsi que des intégrations API
  • Expérience de projets logistiques à plusieurs millions d'euros, avec suivi budgétaire et conformité SOX
  • Méthodologies Agile et hybrides (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), SDLC, ITIL ; outils type MS Project, Smartsheet, Atlassian, ServiceNow
  • Anglais courant indispensable, complété par le français et/ou le néerlandais
  • Certifications PMP ou CSM (= atouts)

  • Leadership transversal : capacité à fédérer sans lien hiérarchique
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale, à l'aise face au top management
  • Autonomie sur le terrain tout en s'inscrivant dans une direction stratégique globale
  • Sens de l'organisation et gestion sereine de priorités multiples
