Beschrijving van de opdrachten Opdracht 1: Migratie van de JGZ-applicatie KD+ naar een nieuwe applicatie van dezelfde leverancier, met als doel een logischer, eenvoudiger en gebruiksvriendelijker dossierflow. De migratie omvat volledige dataoverdracht, aanpassingen in registratievelden, nieuwe functionaliteiten en implementatie van een andere gebruikersinterface. Grote impact op zowel techniek als werkprocessen: intensieve samenwerking met JGZ-medewerkers, change management en training zijn noodzakelijk voor succesvolle adoptie. Duur en fasering: circa 10 maanden totaal, na een opstartmaand verdeeld in fasen van ongeveer 3 maanden; multidisciplinair projectteam met JGZ-experts en IT-ondersteuning. Opdracht 2: Implementatie van een onderzoeks- en registratiesysteem voor Team Misbruik & Oneigenlijk gebruik (M&O) om signalen, onderzoeken en procesflows vast te leggen; korte implementatie met afnemende inzet na 3-4 maanden. Vereist profiel - Senior IT-projectleider met aantoonbare ervaring in migratie- en implementatietrajecten (bij voorkeur applicatiemigraties binnen zorg of gemeentelijke dienstverlening); 5+ jaar ervaring wordt verwacht. - Ervaring met data‑migratie, datavalidatie, integratie en samenwerking met leveranciers; kennis van test- en acceptatieprocessen (UAT). - Sterke stakeholder- en verandermanagementvaardigheden: kan multidisciplinaire teams aansturen, trainingen/coaching organiseren en communicatie richting eindgebruikers verzorgen. - Bekendheid met (semi-)agile en waterval-methodieken, risicomanagement, planning in fasen en het managen van scope en afhankelijkheden. - Kennis van privacy/GDPR (AVG) en omgaan met (zorg)gevoelige gegevens; integriteit en discretie zijn essentieel. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, capaciteit om duidelijke documentatie en rapportages op te stellen. - Beschikbaarheid: 40 uur per week, inzet over beide opdrachten conform planning; locatie: Gemeente Den Haag, h...
