1 Senior IT-Projektmanager:in Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 1120 Wien, Am Europlatz 2, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben

* End-to-End-Leitung komplexer, geschäftskritischer IT-Programme und Großprojekte

* Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projekt- und Teilprojektteams über mehrere Domains hinweg

* Verantwortung für Zieldefinition, Planung, Umsetzung und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb

* Proaktives Management von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zielkonflikten inkl. transparenter Dokumentation

* Erstellung entscheidungsreifer Unterlagen für Steering Committees und Führungsgremien

* Sicherstellung von Transparenz durch KPI-Tracking, Budget- und Fortschrittsreports

* Alignment mit Architektur, Security, Procurement und IT-/Enterprise-Governance

* Weiterentwicklung von Projektmethodik, Governance und Reporting-Standards

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlich-technischen Bereich (FH/Uni) und mehr als 5Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projekt- und Programmmanagement

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in agilen, hybriden und klassischen Methoden (z. B. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe)

* Starkes technisches Verständnis für IT-Architekturen, Softwareentwicklung und Integrationen

* Erfahrung in Steuerung komplexer Abhängigkeiten sowie Budget- und Finanzverantwortung

* Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Project/Planner und Miro

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Entscheidungskompetenz mit natürlicher Seniorität

* Ruhige, respektvolle und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Sinn für Humor

* Deutsch: B2 (sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag)
