Onze opdrachtgever levert cliëntgerichte, kwalitatief hoogstaande intra-, semi-, en extramurale zorg en diensten aan zo'n 3.500 cliënten, vanuit diverse zorglocaties in Zuid-Limburg. De 2.500 medewerkers en 700 vrijwilligers zijn aanspreekbaar op de kernwaarden: vriendelijk, vertrouwd en vakkundig. Afdeling ICT De afdeling ICT en Informatievoorziening bestaat uit 25 enthousiaste it-professionals, waaronder functioneel applicatiebeheerders, projectmanagers, specialisten in business intelligence en IT-support engineers. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team, waarin iedereen voor elkaar klaarstaat en elkaar ondersteunt. Functie-informatie Wat ga je doen? Als Senior IT Support Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling ICT & Informatievoorziening. Binnen de afdeling werk je nauw samen met de teams Servicedesk en Werkplekbeheer. Jij maakt deel uit van team werkplekbeheer en bent daarvoor één van de belangrijkste binnen het team. Samen met je team zorg je voor een stabiele, veilige en toekomstbestendige werkplekomgeving voor collega's. Je wordt beschouwd als Senior IT Support Engineer: - Je werkt actief mee in de operatie: - Je behandelde incidenten, serviceverzoeken en wijzigingen met een technisch karakter. - Je pakt complexe en escalatiegevoelige verstoringen op. - Je voert probleemdiagnoses uit bij structurele en/of grote incidenten. - Je neemt regie bij technische verstoringen en volledige voortgang. - Je springt bij wanneer de werkdruk daarom vraagt. - Je geeft het goede voorbeeld in werkhouding, communicatie ...
