Sie analysieren technische Herausforderungen, finden pragmatische Lösungen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen unsere IT-Infrastruktur laufend weiter. * Administration unserer Microsoft-Systemlandschaft sowie Betreuung zentraler Services rund um Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint und weiterer Cloud- und On-Premises-Systeme * Verwaltung von Benutzer:innen, Rollen und Zugriffsberechtigungen sowie Sicherstellung eines sicheren und nachvollziehbaren Zugriffs auf unsere IT-Systeme * Betreuung und Optimierung unserer virtualisierten Serverlandschaft sowie der dazugehörigen Server-, Storage- und Netzwerkkomponenten * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts, Migrationen und Systemumstellungen sowie aktive Einbringung deines technischen Know-hows * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Backup-, Recovery- und Security-Konzepte zur Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen sowie Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragestellungen * Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbücher, Netzpläne und Systeminformationen zur Sicherstellung eines aktuellen und nachvollziehbaren Wissensmanagements

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator:in oder Systemtechniker:in * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Systemlandschaften sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365, idealerweise auch mit Exchange Online und SharePoint * Erfahrung mit VMware-Virtualisierung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Server-, Storage- und Netzwerktechnologien * Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Security, Patch Management, Backup & Recovery sowie Monitoring im professionellen IT-Betrieb * Strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Eigenverantwortung * Teamplayer mit starker Serviceorientierung sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen * Interesse an neuen Technologien und Freude daran, die IT-Landschaft aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.109,21 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 4.000 und € 5.000, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
