Ich begleite Bewerber:innen bei ihrer Jobsuche in den Bereichen gewerblich, kaufmännisch und technisch - von Spezialist:innen bis zu Hilfskräften.

Im Auftrag eines Kunden im Raum Perg suche ich 1 Senior IT-Systemadministrator_in - Microsoft & VMware Aufgabenbereiche:

* Betreuung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Systemlandschaft

* Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und sicheren Betriebs von Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure und weiteren Microsoft-Diensten

* Zentrale Verwaltung und Betreuung der Endgeräte über Microsoft Intune

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Modern-Workplace-Umgebung

* Betreuung und Optimierung der VMware-Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der virtuellen Systeme

* Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse und Lösungsfindung

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Infrastrukturprojekten und aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft

* Einbringung eigener Ideen und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse

* Gemeinsam mit dem Team Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsorientierten IT-Betriebs

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration sowie in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen

* Den Erfordernissen der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen und eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Unternehmen sicherzustellen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure und Windows Server

* Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune sowie modernen Endpoint-Management-Lösungen

* Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, idealerweise VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an technischen Optimierungen

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohe Verlässlichkeit
