Je komt terecht bij een Belgische fintech scale-up die een SaaS-platform ontwikkelt voor het automatiseren van betaalprocessen. Het bedrijf is internationaal actief en groeit verder.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert de backend van een bestaand SaaS-platform met Java en Spring Boot.
  • Je duikt in bestaande legacy code, begrijpt hoe het systeem is opgebouwd en voert gerichte verbeteringen door.
  • Je werkt aan performante, schaalbare en veilige oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en werkt zelfstandig oplossingen uit.
  • Je denkt actief mee over architectuur, databaseperformantie en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt met Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL en SQL.
  • Je ondersteunt integraties met banken, softwarehuizen en grote bedrijven.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de CTO en Technical Teamlead en neemt ownership over je projecten.
  • Je onderzoekt waar AI en nieuwe technologieën een echte meerwaarde kunnen bieden.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Java Developer.
  • Sterke kennis van Java en ervaring met Spring Boot.
  • Goede kennis van PostgreSQL en SQL.
  • Ervaring met bestaande applicaties en legacy code.
  • Je hebt oog voor performantie, security, stabiliteit en codekwaliteit.
  • Je denkt kritisch, neemt initiatief en ownership.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en volgt nieuwe technologieën en AI bewust op.
  • Ervaring binnen een SaaS-, startup- of scale-upomgeving is een plus.
  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting is mooi meegenomen; relevante ervaring primeert.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.
