Ontwikkel mee aan oplossingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het aansturen van de gigantische sorteerinstallaties die op 25 locaties hebben staan. Met dit stuk backbone aan software ben jij met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het hart van de organisatie. Elke dag gaan er miljoenen pakketjes over de sorteerinstallatie. Voor komende jaren gaan wij de software vernieuwen en verbeteren om nog efficiënter te sorteren om sneller en nog groener het pakketje van A naar B te brengen. Wij werken volgens de principes van agile development binnen de totale business aan uiteenlopende projecten. You build it, you run it, you own it! Jij bent minstens 32 uur per week bezig met het: - Bedenken van oplossingen. Wij hebben een doel en jij maakt de weg ernaartoe. - Samenwerken in teams, waarbij jullie samen de beste resultaten neerzetten. - Werken in sprints van 2 weken. 10% van de tijd zit je in overleg en 90% is gericht op programmeren.
