Dat is werken als senior juridisch adviseur bij Gemeente Amersfoort. Je adviseert over complexe aanbestedingen en contracten en werkt samen met betrokken collega's aan oplossingen die ertoe doen voor de stad en de regio. Jouw rol Als senior juridisch adviseur contracten- en aanbestedingsrecht adviseer je over complexe aanbestedingen, contracten en samenwerkingen. Je focus ligt op het sociaal domein, maar je werkt ook aan vraagstukken binnen onder meer informatievoorziening en de openbare ruimte. Je bent vanaf een vroeg stadium betrokken bij dossiers waarin grote belangen spelen en die politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelig kunnen zijn. Je brengt de juridische risico's, mogelijkheden en alternatieven helder in beeld en draagt zo bij aan zorgvuldige en goed onderbouwde besluitvorming. Wat je verder doet: - Je denkt in projectgroepen mee over de aanbestedingsstrategie en schrijft mee aan aanbestedingsdocumenten. - Je stelt de overeenkomsten op die voor een aanbesteding of samenwerking nodig zijn. - Je adviseert over de toepassing van het aanbestedingsrecht en de inrichting van aanbestedingsprocedures. - Je toetst aanbestedingsdocumenten en overeenkomsten op juridische kwaliteit, onderlinge samenhang en aansluiting bij de bedoeling van de organisatie. - Je adviseert over bezwaren die tijdens of na een aanbestedingsprocedure ontstaan en behandelt klachten over aanbestedingen. - Je neemt deel aan het inkoopoverleg voor het sociaal domein en het overleg van Team Inkoop. - Je signaleert tijdig mogelijke staatssteunrisico's en helpt collega's om afspraken juridisch zorgvuldig vorm te geven. - Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's en draagt bij aan de juridische deskundigheid binnen de afdeling e...
