Je levert vanuit juridisch perspectief inhoudelijke bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling, verzorgt ondersteuning en advies op juridisch-bestuurlijk terrein en levert juridische inbreng in projecten en overlegsituaties op het hiervoor omschreven werkterrein. Daarnaast stuur je de Landsadvocaat aan bij het voeren van civielrechtelijke procedures door het opstellen van of bijdragen aan adviesproducten (fiches, annotaties, nota's e.d.) en informatievoorziening (presentaties, correspondentie etc.) ten behoeve van (inter)departementaal overleg op voornoemde gebieden. Tevens draag je bij aan de totstandkoming van overeenkomsten tussen betrokken diensten en organisaties. - Ervaring in het analyseren van complexe problemen en het identificeren van juridische aspecten daarbij; - Ervaring met het opereren in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving; - Ervaring in het omgaan met een vaak aanwezig spanningsveld tussen juridische en andere aspecten; - Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op tenminste het gebied van civiel- en aanbestedingsrecht; Competenties: Omgevingsgericht, Samenwerken, Anticiperen, Overtuigingskracht.
