Solliciteer voor 31 oktober 2026 Als senior jurist bij Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) | Dutch DPA in Den Haag vertegenwoordig je de organisatie bij rechtbanken en het Hof van Justitie EU en behandel je complexe bestuursrechtelijke en gegevensbeschermingsrechtelijke zaken. Wat ga je doen? - Behandelen van (hoger)beroepszaken en voorlopige voorzieningen, opstellen van verweerschriften en vertegenwoordigen van de AP bij zittingen - Adviseren over complexe juridische en internationale vraagstukken binnen (Europees) gegevensbeschermings- en bestuursrecht, waaronder toezichtsvraagstukken en nieuwe Europese verordeningen zoals DMA, DSA, AI Act - Meedenken met bezwaarbehandeling en bijdragen aan toezichtsgerelateerde projecten en Europese initiatieven zoals de European Data Protection Board - Omgaan met rechtsgebieden waaronder (U)AVG, Awb, Richtlijn gegevensbescherming bij rechtshandhaving, Woo en sectorgerichte wetgeving in zorg en financiën - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie en inspelen op technologische ontwikkelingen zoals AI Wat wordt er gevraagd? - Afgeronde opleiding tot jurist, bij voorkeur gespecialiseerd in bestuursrecht en/of gegevensbeschermingsrecht - Ervaring met procederen bij bestuursrechtelijke instanties en kennis van (inter)nationale privacyregels en bestuursrechtelijke procedures - Sterk analytisch vermogen en communicatieve vaardigheden voor het helder presenteren van standpunten - Bereidheid om te schakelen tussen verschillende juridische vraagstukken en samen te werken in teamverband - Inzicht in maatschappelijke impact van privacytoezicht Wat wordt er geboden? - Salaris schaal 12 (€4.818 - €7.094 bruto per maand) - Arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd - 32 tot 36 uur per week - Individueel keuzebudget (16,5% van brutojaarsalaris, in tijd en geld) - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals studiefaciliteiten, bedrijfsfitness, volledige vergoeding OV-kosten woon-werkverkeer en gedeel...
