Je beantwoordt complexe juridische vraagstukken voor in- en externe klanten, ondersteunt bij projecten en geeft opleidingen aan nieuwe medewerkers binnen rechtszekerheid. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Juridische adviesverlening: geven van richtlijnen, aanwijzingen en adviezen met betrekking tot de openbare registers en de Basisregistratie Kadaster; juridische en vakinhoudelijke informatieverstrekking. - Ondersteuning interne organisatie: adviseren bij de toepassing van de Kadasterwet en andere relevante regelgeving. - Voorbereiden beslissingen: voorbereiden van beslissingen met betrekking tot inschrijvings- en registratievraagstukken. - Aansturing en begeleiding: functioneel aansturen en begeleiden van collega's aan de bewaarderstelefoon of betrokken bij het VTV-proces. - Juridisch aanspreekpunt: fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne medewerkers per telefoon en e-mail. - Afhandeling complexe vraagstukken: behandelen van juridische, complexe registratieve vraagstukken en correct, helder en foutloos vastleggen in de loggingssystemen. - Projectondersteuning en inzetbaarheid: ondersteunen van een bewaarder bij vernieuwings- en opschoningsprojecten; inzetbaar voor rechtszekerheids-, vastgoed- en geodata-vragen. - Opleiden: geven van opleidingen aan nieuwe interne medewerkers binnen rechtszekerheid. Specifieke werkzaamheden - Bewaarderstelefoon: beantwoording van binnenkomende vragen (telefonisch en via e-mail); de bewaarderstelefoon is gedurende werkdagen van 9.00-17.00 uur bereikbaar. Per dag komen er gemiddeld 75 telefonische vraagstukken binnen die worden gelogd en dezelfde dag beantwoord. - VTV-proces: behandelen van vragen van klanten (notarissen) en interne medewerkers over verzoeken tot verbetering, de wijze van verbeter...
