Als Senior Jurist bij het Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen (IMG) werk je aan juridisch complexe vraagstukken die direct impact hebben op inwoners van Groningen. Wij behandelen schadeverzoeken die voortkomen uit bodembeweging door gaswinning en zorgen voor oplossingen die juridisch kloppen én recht doen aan de mensen die het betreft. Als zelfstandig bestuursorgaan opereren we onafhankelijk. Dat betekent dat onze juridische analyses en beleidsvoorstellen stevig, zorgvuldig en toekomstbestendig moeten zijn. In deze context speel jij een sleutelrol. Hoogwaardig juridisch werk met maatschappelijke impact Dit is geen uitvoerende rol, maar een positie waarin jouw ervaring en gezag richtinggevend zijn. Je bent de inhoudelijke trekker binnen ons team Bestuurlijk en Juridisch Advies (BJA). Samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines geef je vorm aan de juridisch-beleidsmatig kaders voor de behandeling van schadeverzoeken. Je ontwikkelt en verfijnt deze kaders, adviseert over complexe juridische vraagstukken, begeleidt minder ervaren juristen en werkt aan beleidsvoorstellen voor directie en bestuur. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van projectoverleggen over beleidsaanpassingen tot diepgaande juridische analyses en samenwerking met bouwkundigen, beleidsmakers en andere experts.
