- Senior Jurist Arbeidsrecht - Gouda - • HBO - • 32-38 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als senior jurist arbeidsrecht draag je bij aan het ondersteunen van werkgevers en werknemers bij juridische vraagstukken die een directe impact hebben op hun werk en toekomst. Je behandelt zelfstandig arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers, waarbij je cliënten begeleidt in soms complexe en emotionele situaties. In deze rol combineer je analytisch denkvermogen met pragmatische oplossingen, terwijl je samenwerkt binnen een team van gespecialiseerde juristen. Wat je gaat doen: - Analyseren: arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers beoordelen en de juridische posities en belangen van cliënten in kaart brengen. - Adviseren: cliënten voorzien van helder juridisch advies over hun rechtspositie en mogelijke vervolgstappen. - Behandelen: complexe zaken zoals ontslagkwesties, loonvorderingen en arbeidsconflicten zelfstandig oppakken. - Onderhandelen: met werkgevers, werknemers en gemachtigden tot praktische en juridisch sterke oplossingen komen. - Opstellen: juridische stukken zoals verzoekschriften, processtukken en correspondentie zorgvuldig uitwerken. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.684 en €6.784 op basis van 38 uur; - Direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een fulltime functie met een minimale werkweek van 32 uur; - Een 13e maand en een solide pensioenregeling; - Een uitgebreid opleidingsbudget en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als specialist; - Flexibiliteit in de inrichting van je werk en de keuze om te werken vanuit verschillende locaties in Nederland.
