In het kort: Je gaat complexe Bibob-onderzoeken uitvoeren, beleid en werkprocessen ontwikkelen, B&W adviseren over Bibob-zaken en bewustwordingssessies en opleidingen verzorgen binnen het gemeentelijke veiligheidsdomein als senior jurist in het Bibob Expertise Team. Organisatie Het is goed werken voor de inwoners, organisaties en bedrijven in de zes dorpen die samen onze gemeente vormen. We weten dat we elkaar nodig hebben om de gemeente De Bilt leefbaarder, groener, duurzamer en ondernemender te maken. Om het voor de 42.000 mensen nog fijner te maken om hier te wonen, te werken en te recreëren. Mensenwerk dus. Onze ongeveer 250 medewerkers laten zich elke dag weer inspireren door de wensen en ontwikkelingen in Bilthoven, De Bilt, Groenekan, Maartensdijk, Hollandsche Rading en Westbroek. Steeds vaker werken wij binnen een netwerk van inwoners en bedrijven, dat zelf zaken voor elkaar kan krijgen. Mensen, middelen en technieken slim aan elkaar knopen: dat is onze kracht. Door meer en betere samenwerking binnen de organisatie en met externe partners: dat is de werkelijke innovatie in onze manier van werken. Opdracht Juridische werkzaamheden op senior niveau voor het eerst Bibob Expertise Team van Nederland. Voor De Bilt, Bunschoten, Baarn Eemnes en Soest (BES-gemeenten): - de complexere Bibob onderzoeken uitvoeren, - contact/sparren/alles wat verder ter tafel komt met de vijf Bibob coördinatoren, - opstellen werkprocessen, - contact met/adviseren van B & W over Bibob zaken, - bewustwordingssessies organiseren en Bibob-ers opleiden. Deze opsomming is overigens niet limitatief. De werkzaamheden maken integraal onderdeel uit van de reguliere bedrijfsvoering en worden verricht binnen de bestaande organisatiestructuur. De medewerker maakt deel uit van het team, neemt deel aan interne overleggen en werkt onder dagelijkse aansturing van de verantwoordelijke manager. Prioriteiten, werkzaamheden en gewenste resultaten worden vastgesteld door de organisatie. Vanwege het belan.
