- Senior Jurist Civiel Recht - Utrecht - • HBO - • 32-38 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als senior jurist civiel recht bij deze organisatie help je cliënten met uiteenlopende privaatrechtelijke vraagstukken. Je behandelt dossiers waarin overeenkomsten, aansprakelijkheid en geschillen centraal staan, met een focus op aannemingsrechtelijke kwesties. Je combineert juridische diepgang met een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak, waarbij je zelfstandig dossiers van intake tot afronding begeleidt. Jouw analytische vaardigheden en ervaring in het civiele recht stellen je in staat om complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen naar heldere oplossingen. Wat je gaat doen: - Adviseren: cliënten ondersteunen bij civielrechtelijke en aannemingsrechtelijke vraagstukken; - Behandelen: geschillen over overeenkomsten, aansprakelijkheid en nakoming analyseren en oplossen; - Opstellen: juridische correspondentie, adviezen en processtukken zorgvuldig formuleren; - Onderhandelen: gesprekken voeren tussen betrokken partijen om tot een passende oplossing te komen; - Vertegenwoordigen: cliënten bijstaan in gerechtelijke procedures waar nodig. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4000 en €6500 op basis van 38 uur; - Direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een fulltime functie met een minimale werkweek van 32 uur; - Een 13e maand en een solide pensioenregeling; - Een uitgebreid opleidingsbudget en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als specialist; - Flexibiliteit in de inrichting van je werk en de keuze om te werken vanuit verschillende locaties in Nederland. Functie eisen We zoeken een ervaren jurist met een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak. - Afgeronde juridische hbo- of wo-opleiding; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in civiel recht of aannemingsrecht; - Ervaring met zelfstandig behandelen van juridische dossiers; - Analytisch sterk en complexe vraagstukken praktisch maken.
