Senior Jurist EU Digitalisering - 32-40 uur - €5450 - €7786 Ben jij een jurist die de Europese digitaliseringsagenda niet alleen volgt, maar deze ook in de praktijk vorm wil geven? Bij SURF werk je aan complexe juridische vraagstukken op het snijvlak van recht, technologie en beleid. Je vertaalt nieuwe Europese wetgeving naar concrete adviezen, beleid en contracten met directe impact op het Nederlandse onderwijs en onderzoek. Je werkt aan juridisch terrein waar nog niet alle antwoorden vastliggen en krijgt de ruimte om daarin richting te geven. Hier ga je werken SURF is de ict-coöperatie van Nederlandse onderwijs- en onderzoeksinstellingen. Samen met ruim 120 leden ontwikkelen en beheren we digitale diensten en werken we aan complexe innovatievraagstukken die het onderwijs en onderzoek toekomstbestendig maken. In dit team kom je terecht Je wordt onderdeel van het Legal team van SURF, bestaande uit negen senior juristen onder leiding van de Head of Legal. Samen adviseren jullie de organisatie over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, waaronder IT-recht, intellectueel eigendom, privacy, cybersecurity, aanbestedingsrecht, AI en contractenrecht. Het team ontwikkelt beleid, juridische kaders en templates en speelt daarmee een belangrijke rol in de juridische koers en besluitvorming binnen SURF. Binnen het team ben jij de inhoudelijke specialist op het gebied van relevante Europese digitaliseringswetgeving.
