Senior Jurist/Gemeente Advocaat 36 uur | Spijkenisse Als Senior Jurist/Gemeente Advocaat bij de gemeente Nissewaard ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van privaatrechtelijke gerechtelijke procedures, zoals schadeclaims en invorderingen. Ook adviseer je inkopers bij aanbestedingsvraagstukken en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beoordelen van contracten binnen het vastgoed- en algemeen verbintenissenrecht. Belangrijk hierbij is je rol in de besluitvorming: je beoordeelt de adviezen die worden voorgelegd aan het College van Burgemeester en Wethouders. Je wordt onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team binnen de afdeling Advies & Dienstverlening. Dit team bestaat niet alleen uit (Senior) Juristen, maar ook uit Communicatieadviseurs, Inkopers en P&O-medewerkers. Door de aard van je werk heb je de mogelijkheid om met vrijwel iedereen in de organisatie samen te werken. Wat is vereist? - Afgeronde universitaire opleiding Nederlands Recht - In het bezit van een stageverklaring binnen de advocatuur - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met betreffende werkzaamheden binnen het lokaal bestuur is een pre - Kennis van en ervaring met de gemeentelijke organisatie - Kennis van privaatrecht - Gevoel voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift - Graag willen werken in een open en dienstverlenende cultuur - Actief, collegiaal en een goed gevoel voor verhoudingen Wat krijg je? - Maximaal €6.470 bruto p/m (schaal 12 CAO gemeenten), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring en o.b.v. een 36-urige werkweek - IKB (17,05% flexibel in te zetten) - 24 tot 28-ur...
